We're hiring!
Bringing dæly® family life into the 21st century :)
At Dæly®, we’re transforming the way families organize their lives. Thousands of families already rely on and love what we’ve created & we’re growing fast with triple-digit growth. Join us in our mission to build Europes next Tech Unicorn!
Current Openings:
UX/UI Designer:in (Wien, m/f/d)
Location: Remote (Vienna, AT)
Team: Product & Engineering
Employment Type: Teilzeit / Vollzeit (je nach deinen aktuellen Kapazitäten
We're pretty cool:
We're Dæly® from Vienna. Founder funded, we just shipped one of Europe's biggest tech launches, growing triple digits (profitably) & are now building the team that takes this to the next level: A European unicorn bringing dæly® family life into the 21st century!
Your Chance:
This is your chance to own the design of a product used by thousands of families every day & shape an entirely new device category: What the iPhone was for telephones, we are building for the family whiteboard. 82% of families still rely on wall calendars, chore charts & co to navigate everyday life (... simply because kids don't have phones). We're changing that. Making the absolute chaos of family organisation a modern, automated & shared responsibility – not just something that lives in mom's head.
What You’ll Do:
You are the visual heart of Dæly®💛 You'll own the design of our software, from the first wireframe to the final pixel.
Your Tasks:
- UX/UI design across tablet, mobile app & desktop
- Own the full design lifecycle - research, flows, wireframes, prototypes through to pixel-perfect delivery
- Scale our design system for consistency and quality across all touchpoints
- AI-assisted prototyping of new features
- Close collaboration with developers & founders across product, growth & tech
What We Are Looking For:
We're looking for talent not fancy CVs or degrees.
- A portfolio that shows genuine craft – detail, taste, and strong visual instinct
- Excellence in both UX & visual design: interaction, information architecture, typography, layout
- Tools: Figma & Adobe Creative Suite are second nature to you
- Creativity, structure & the confidence to rethink things
- Excited by technology that meaningfully impacts thousands of families in a very real way
Nice to Have:
- Experience as a designer of consumer facing software
- Rive and/or Lottie animations
- Fluent in German
- Personal Experience with family life, kids or education
What we offer you:
A happy team makes for a happy workplace. We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without our team, and that’s why we offer:
- A really fun & passionate young team of serial entrepreneurs and builders
- Work your way: 100% flexible hours & remote-first (optional workshops, etc. in person)
- 25 days paid vacation per year
- Fair pay based on the IT collective agreement (Minimum €45.000 gross/year)
- Offsites, team events & a genuinely good vibe
- Full creative ownership, flat hierarchies & direct access to the founders
The chance to help build Europe's next unicorn 💛
Ready? Send portfolio + CV to florian@clarity-computers.com.
