At Dæly®, we’re transforming the way families organize their lives. Despite countless reports on the mental load for parents - especially moms - nothing seems to offer a real solution. In today’s busy households, parents juggle digital tools with wall calendars, post-its, and chalkboard lists, constantly switching between analog and digital. And let’s face it: kids don’t & shouldn't have smartphones.
That’s where we come in. We decided against developing (only) an App. Dæly® is building an ecosystem of hard- & software tools (accessible even to kids) that automate and centralize family organization, so that parents can close all the tabs in their overloaded brains and work together as a team. Because in the digital age, organizing your family & keeping everyone on track shouldn't be moms task: It should be no-ones.

Wir haben bereits etwas gebaut, das von tausenden Familien jeden Tag genutzt & geliebt wird (Unsere Bindungsraten sprechen für sich) und wir wachsen mit Triple Digit Growth. What you’ll do
Bei uns bastelst du nicht an 2 Buttons herum, du hast das Design der kompletten Mobile & Device App inne - von Anfang bis Ende - und dabei volle kreative Kontrolle. Du arbeitest direkt von Developern bis zum C-Level Management an der Product Vision & wirst das visuelle Herz von Dæly®.💛
Vom ersten Wireframe bis zum finalen Pixel: Du gestaltest, wie Familien auf der ganzen Welt ihren Alltag organisieren.
Your Tasks:
- UX/UI-Design für unser Tablet, App (& Desktop Version)
- Übernimm den kompletten Design-Lifecycle – von Research über Flows, Wireframes und Prototypen bis hin zur finalen, pixelperfekten Umsetzung
- Skaliere unser Designsystem, um Konsistenz und Ästhetik über alle Touchpoints hinweg sicherzustellen
- Prototyping mit AI (Testen wir gerade aus, No Experience necessary)
- Prozesse aufbauen, die mit uns wachsen
- Enger Austausch mit den Gründern (Product, Growth & Tech)
What We Are Looking For:

Must Have:
- Ein bombastisches UX/UI-Design Portfolio, das deine Liebe zum Detail und Stil zeigt
- Exzellenz in 2 Feldern: UX & Visual Design – von Interaktion und Informationsarchitektur bis hin zu Typografie und Layout.
- Figma & Co sind deine zweite Muttersprache
- Kreativität, Struktur & Mut, Dinge neu zu denken
- Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch

Your mission
As a Security Engineer at dæly, you’ll take ownership of the security behind Europe’s first smart family calendar. From cloud infrastructure to API sync and Android device protection – you’ll help us keep thousands of families safe, every day.
What you’ll do
- Secure our Azure-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and data flows
- Review API security (OAuth2, JWT, calendar integrations)
-Define & implement secure coding practices across the stack
- Prepare internal or external penetration testing
- Help define privacy & encryption strategies (DSGVO compliant)
Who you are
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security or a related field
- 5+ years experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps or cloud security
- Deep understanding of cloud & API security (Azure preferred)
- Confident with CI/CD, IaC tools, secrets management & vulnerability scanning
- Bonus: Familiar with embedded/Android security and OTA updates

Your mission
As a Cloud Architect / DevOps Engineer at dæly, you’ll own the backbone of our smart family calendar ecosystem. From infrastructure automation to deployment pipelines – you’ll help ensure our Android-based hardware and Flutter app run smoothly, securely and at scale.
What you’ll do
- Design & maintain our cloud infrastructure (Azure) for scalability & reliability
- Build CI/CD pipelines for Flutter app, API & embedded systems

As a QA Engineer at dæly, you’ll help shape the experience of the first smart family calendar in Europe. As a QA Engineer, you’ll ensure our Android-only family calendar runs reliably — from Flutter app to API sync with Google, Apple & Outlook.
What you’ll do
Be an integral part of our agile workflow and advocate for code quality & stability across teams
- Test app, APIs & device software end-to-end
- Run manual tests on Android hardware
- Check API sync via Postman (Google, Apple, Outlook)

Your mission
As an E-Commerce Manager at dæly, you’ll take charge of our entire direct-to-consumer journey – from first click to doorstep. You’ll optimize our Shopify store, manage listings & campaigns, and make sure that every family who finds us can easily order, understand and love dæly.
What you’ll do
- Own and manage our Shopify store: Product pages, copy, structure & performance
- Plan and execute promotions, launches & bundles
- Coordinate logistics, stock levels & delivery timelines with ops team
- Work closely with Marketing on campaign landing pages, tracking & CRO
- Analyze performance (AOV, ROAS, conversion) & optimize based on insights
- Coordinate with Support for FAQs, Returns & Customer Experience
Who you are
- 1+ years experience in DTC e-commerce or digital product marketing
