This Privacy Policy applies to the Dæly Calendar app (hereinafter referred to as "Application"), developed by Clarity Computer Solutions GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a free service and is offered "AS IS."

The Service Provider processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal basis for processing personal data under Article 6 of the GDPR is:

While we strive to protect your data, no security system is 100% secure. If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that such data has been provided, we will delete it immediately.
